How do I post a job? 📝
Log in with your institution account and create a new vacancy from the Vacancies section. If you do not have an institution account, please contact us via the Contact Us form with your details.
How do I set up job alerts? 🔔
1.Login to your account (or sign up if you don't already have one) by clicking 'Log In' in the top right-hand corner.
2.Click Search.
3.Set the criteria for the type of job you want to follow:
Enter Vacancy Keywords:
• Some professional categories can cover a wide range of jobs, so narrow down your search by adding keywords to your job alert.
• For example, if you have chosen IT/Programming as your category but want to work in web development, add in the keywords ‘web development’. This will save you from being sent jobs that aren’t suitable.
Category:
• Choose the type of job or industry you want to work in. You can choose from categories as Academic, Research, Professional / Managerial / Administrative, or Support.
Country:
• Narrow search results down to institutes in a specific country.
Subject/Area:
• To narrow down your search select area, like Biological Sciences, Computer Science, Administration, etc.
Institute:
• Use the Institution setting to choose where in the country you wish to work and for which institution. Again, you can choose multiple locations or just one. Whatever suits you.
Contract type:
• Whether you like the stability of a permanent job or temporary, the choice is yours. Select the one you want…or both if you wish.
Salary Minimum/ Salary Maximum:
• Choose the options that suits you.
4.When you are happy with your selected settings, click the Create Job Alert button.
5.You will now receive daily emails whenever a new job matching your selected criteria is added to the site.
6.Job alerts can be managed or deactivated at any time from the user profile screen in the top right-hand corner.
